Women's Competitive Tryouts

 Entrance into our Women’s Competitive Program is based on annual tryouts.  Applicants will be assessed on flexibility, strength, focus, and in some cases, skills.  The top athletes from these tryouts may be invited to take part in the Cambridge Kips Competitive Program.

Athletes from our Recreational, Kips Kids and Excel classes or new to the area, who are interested in trying out for our Competitive Program should contact our Women’s Head Coach and program director Alex Schlosser by email at alex@cambridgekips.com.

Proposed Training Schedule

Level 1-2
8 hours a week (2 days)
  
Level 3-4
12-16 hours a week. (3 or 4 days)
  
Level 5+
16+ hours a week. (4-5 days)
