Team Cambridge Kips begins with sound leadership, quality coaching and support staff. Our competitive coaches have a minimum of Level 2 certified training, all the way up to Level 3. Our recreational coaching staff, unlike many sport clubs, have a minimum of Level 1 coaching certification. Kips Coaches:

  • have first-aid training
  • receive training through High Five sportsmanship initiatives
  • receive professional development training
Our coaches help athletes by:
  • conditioning core muscles and building flexibility
  • building confidence to try new things
  • setting realistic goals and working towards them, together
  • identifying skills-set strengths and talents
  • teaching good sportsmanship toward fellow gymnasts
  • encouraging healthy eating and lifestyles
